Ordered so many times always got my orders fine !

Bought a gillet advertised as baby pink but when it arrived it was a salmon colour. Returned item and sent proof of return. Item was received and signed for on 12/12/22. Despite numerous emails, most of which are unanswered, I am still waiting for my refund 5 weeks later. I have been unable to contact by phone. I have nowstarted a dispute with PayPal In Order to get my money back. Terrible site, would never use again, and would encourage others to stay away unless they are sure they will not need to return items.

Staff are so rude don't know to talk to customers, No customer service skills what so ever. Staff memeber called me a liar when clearly evri has said my parcel wasn't delivered I would never shop from here again when I have in the past.

Ordered a pair of leggings which are now my favourite pair... need to order more in different colours too and a great price.

I was first drawn to OMG due to their unique style of clothing, they always have a sale, their prices are always amazing, obv I was skeptical doin my first order as it was quite high in value, but it certainly paid off, the clothing is good quality, measurements are true to their size, I'm a size 8/10 and I buy S/M and that fits me well. I have shopped with OMG alot more since, I just love them.

DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered from here in October. I didn’t received my order as they was left outside my property by the delivery driver. I then asked for a refund as it was for my nieces birthday, I had to buy another present, and was told no as the items was delivered and i had them, basically accusing me of stealing!! Outrageous. I was dealing with a lady called Beverly she is absolutely awful. Disgusting customer service, unprofessional, rude and is refusing to give me a refund. I can see by the reviews it’s a regular thing. I have the police involved please don’t order

I ordered the leather leggings and they are a DREAM! I always support smaller businesses and I am definitely not disappointed with OMG fashion. I will order from here over and over again the quality of their stuff is just amazing.
